Incline Treadmill Workout

You can have an effective cardio workout on an incline treadmill without running.

Don’t believe me?

Then, try this out:

  • Always warm-up for a minimum of 5 minutes prior to jumping into ANY workout routine whether weights, running, cardio or what have you.  Warming up is not just for show or to waste your time, this time is for priming up the pump, greasing the gears and getting your body in optimal condition to begin maximizing the most out of every movement.
