The 15 Minute Workout Rundown

 

Fifteen minutes.

Two dumbbells.

One simple arms/abs workout.

A few things you should do before you jump into your workout:

  1. Warm up for 10 minutes before the workout.
  2. Drink water throughout the routine.
  3. Cool down with some light static stretching afterward.
  4. Have someone join you for the workout; it’s more fun that way!
