Is it leg day for you at the gym?

Then, you’ll want to look at what I did today!

Put the Leg Day into LEGenDArY

I went into this workout with vicious intent, because I was resting a bit of a sore shoulder.

When I woke up this morning I had an ache in my right shoulder…

So rather than aggravate my shoulder anymore (and seeing as how I’m top heavy anyways), I took the day off for upper body and opted to crush legs.

Hey, it worked out for the better!

Before Your Leg Workout

Warm up was on the treadmill starting at 3.5mph at 5.0% incline…and I added 0.2mph and subtracted 1.0% incline every minute.

And I added 0.2mph and subtracted 1.0% incline every minute.

As soon as I hit 4.5mph with no incline, I cruised out at that level.

Super set all like colored exercises and complete each color as a circuit before continuing on to the next color circuit.  The workout is as follows:
