You don’t always have to run for cardio and you’ll agree once you see this recumbent bike workout.

But, what do exercise bikes do anyways?

Aren’t they simply good for holding clothes in your back room?

Or, taking up room in the corner of your garage?

Well, I’m breaking the mold with this series of stationary bike programs.

The First Recumbent Bike Workout

recumbent exercise bikeHey, you may be missing out on a piece of cardio equipment that could shake up…

Maybe even revolutionize your training.

A lot of people focus on the treadmill, the elliptical and sometimes the stepmill

But the lowest impact (on your joints) yet greatest tool in your cardio toolbox lies in the recumbent bike.

If you focus on your intensity, you will break a sweat and get your heart rate up in no time.

Over the next few weeks, I have a few different recumbent bike routines to spice up your routine.

Hit it hard and have some fun!
