A Few Tips for the Cardio Workout Plan

Before you start this cardio routine you may want to:

  1. Warm-up about 10 minutes before this routine
  2. If you ever feel breathless, pull back the difficulty to catch your breath. You may not be suited to this routine at first. For those of you who find it too easy, kick up the difficulty.
  3. Stretch for about 10 minutes after the cardio program.
  4. Feel free to try each of these individual programs on their own if you’re limited on time.
