The Continuation of the Stationary Bike Workout

Hey, time to shake your cardio routine yet again.

Last week was a primer; something to get you completely ready for the next 2 weeks.

Many cardio routines out there, but few that really focus on the recumbent bike.

This cardio alternative is excellent for me anytime I’m a little achy in my joints (i.e. back, neck, knees)…

recumbent exercise bikeOr have a little less motivation to trudge through another treadmill routine.

It’s so important to keep your cardio changed up and varied so you don’t grow bored and tired of training your heart.

The heart is a muscle and much like any other muscle on your body should be trained appropriately.

Today is NO JOKE and WILL get you huffing and puffing in the first 10 minutes.

Proceed with caution and let me know how you do!
