How to Use the Strap for Quad Stretches
- Lying on your back, place the stretch strap at the arch of your foot with your knee bent.
- Rest your other leg on the floor.
- Gradually pull your elbows back while bringing your knee closer to your chest
- Keeping your hip flat on the floor.
- Hold this position for 20-30 seconds, then slowly release.
- Switch sides and stretch the other leg.
Additional Tips for the Stretch Strap
Relax you thigh and butt when you hold the position.
Breathe deeply throughout the stretch.
Challenge yourself every time to sink deeper into the stretch than previous attempts.
Stretch till you have slight discomfort and never pain.
