Incline Treadmill & Bodyweight Exercises Workout Prerequisites

This week is a small yet very effective change in the program from a previous post.

The bodyweight exercises are increased in repetitions, but if you are unable to complete them in the minute, just continue.

Try your best in completing the repetitions with good form and safety.

A couple of items to note:

  1. Warm-up and cooldown for 5-10 minutes
  2. Drink plenty of water
  3. Bring a towel to wipe up your sweat
  4. Stretch thoroughly for 10 minutes after a session
  5. Carefully step off, then away from the treadmill as it continues to move.  Return carefully to the treadmill, grasping the bars to ease your pace back into the pace of the treadmill.
