Bodyweight Workout PlanIf you are looking to get in great shape without a gym membership, then you may want to consider a bodyweight workout plan.

The best part is you need little to no equipment for this exercise routine.

In today’s post, I cover a quick at-home workout.

Before You Start the Bodyweight Workout Plan

  1. Warm-up and cooldown for 10 minutes each
  2. Drink plenty of water
  3. Write down your results
  4. Have fun and share your success in the comments

Modifications for Difficulty

body weight workoutsIf you find this exercise routine too difficult, then try to time yourself instead of count reps.

Try 1 minute for each set and carefully complete as many reps as you can.

For those of you that find this workout to be a walk in the park…

I encourage you to add weights to the exercise.
