The Stomach Flattener

The exercise I learned from him was called the Farmer Burns’ Stomach Flattener.

However, I modified the exercise and get nearly the same results.

Quite simply I call it the stomach flattener.

core exercises

  1. Pop your posture up
  2. Breathe in deeply through your stomach
  3. Tighten your stomach
  4. Slowly breathe out while tightening your stomach
  5. Loosen your stomach once your full breath is out and breathe normally
  6. Do this exercise 2-3 times with a minute break between each set
