The Stomach Flattener
The exercise I learned from him was called the Farmer Burns’ Stomach Flattener.
However, I modified the exercise and get nearly the same results.
Quite simply I call it the stomach flattener.
- Pop your posture up
- Breathe in deeply through your stomach
- Tighten your stomach
- Slowly breathe out while tightening your stomach
- Loosen your stomach once your full breath is out and breathe normally
- Do this exercise 2-3 times with a minute break between each set
