The Friday Fit Hit & Split Weekly blog is in tribute to most everyone’s favorite day of the week and honors the limited time available for fitness by maximizing the most out of your workout.  By having a short, intense routine, you can go about enjoying your day without feeling the heavy burden of missing out on anything big with family, friends and special events. Enjoy!

Much like last week, repeat this sequence for a total of 6 sets that will make 30 minutes.  Keep your movements controlled yet as efficient as you can perform them.  Make a note of how many reps you are able to complete each set.  You may find that your number will drop the further you get into your workout.  That is okay and perfectly natural.  When you adapt to this routine, you will begin to find your repetitions staying consistent from beginning to end.

Your priority should be completing the work out and feeling less stressed about the day ahead of you.  Enjoy your Friday and hit me back on how well you did the routine!
