Wait a second…did I continually boost the level without any recession for the entire workout last week?!  I did, and I was hoping to be sly about that point and just slip it in without you noticing.  That was a tough cardio routine!  Wow!

This week is no exception.  Week 1 was about laying a foundation and week 2 was putting up the frame work.  Week 3 slapped on the walls and now we’re about to put a roof on this bitch, put a fork in this steak and call it done!
