The number of workout plans on the market today amazes me. Some claim to be the best workout plan or permanent fix to your needs. But, I have to let you in on a secret – that’s bullshit, and you’re better than that.
The truth is – no workout is truly one-size-fits-all. The results you get from one workout may be entirely different from what others experience. Sure, if you apply yourself in exercise, then you will get results. But, will you enjoy it and stick to it long term?
There are two factors in the way of you doing this workout for the long haul:
Do you enjoy the workout?
Can you see yourself doing this workout forever?
Could You this “Best Workout” Forever?
Think about it for a minute. Is there any one thing that you like so much you’d do it forever? I had a conversation about workouts with a close friend recently. She wanted to know the best workout for losing weight.
Shit, any workout is great for losing weight! But, if you don’t like doing it, then why do it at all?
Where to Find the Best Workout for You
Here’s my solution for you – try out anything that keeps you active and moving. Racquetball, weightlifting, Zumba, yoga, pilates, baseball, basketball, hiking, CrossFit, and the list goes on and on. Why settle for merely one thing when you can have it all?
