Stomach Flattener: The Best of All Core Exercises

  1. Place your hands with fingers spread out onto your stomach at your lower ribs. You use your fingertips to check that you engage your abs.
  2. Take a deep breath in through the nose. Allow the stomach to expand, then tighten the stomach at the peak of your breath in.
  3. Slowly exhale out through the mouth as you continue to engage your abdominals.
