The absolute core of a strong body is...well, your core. Your abdomen and back muscles work in tandem as the control center of a rock solid physique. Working these muscles isn't rocket science, but it's not all sit-ups and crunches either. One of the best ab workouts is the plank which doesn't require any motion at all. Deciding between core and the legs as the foundation of good fitness was a hard decision.
